WHO IS BAILEY JULIEN
Who am I you ask ?
Named after Baileys Irish Cream and with roots in the Murphy clan, I was raised in the city of Cornwall, Ontario.
Originally from a small hobby farm in Avonmore, Ontario, I made the transition to Cornwall at a young age. At 19, I moved to the larger city of Toronto, spending a few years in Milton before finally settling in Ottawa, Ontario.
I entered the workforce at the age of 14, and since then, my unwavering dedication to pursuing my goals has been a defining aspect of who I am. Over the years, I have explored various career paths, ultimately making the life-changing decision to pursue a career in Real Estate, a journey I am excited to share with you.
Throughout my travels across this beautiful country, I have been fortunate to build lasting relationships and forge meaningful connections, always welcomed with open arms.
How did I come to help you with your real estate goal ?
My journey began after high school when I enrolled in the Architecture Technology program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. It was here that I developed a deep understanding of the inner workings of homes. I learned to draft my own blueprints, explore the layouts of both homes and offices on a small scale, and translate those designs into larger, more complex projects.
Although I completed only one year of the program, the knowledge I gained stayed with me. I knew, without a doubt, that one day I would return to the world of homes—whether through design or another path—knowing that it was where my true passion lay
After completing my studies at Algonquin College, I took the next step in my journey by acquiring my Air Brake Endorsement through the School of Transportation Training Centers of Canada (TTCC) at just 19 years old. This achievement allowed me to gain independence and begin exploring opportunities across the country.
I drove thousands of miles, delivering a wide variety of materials and supplies, playing a vital role in keeping the production of goods flowing and ensuring people could enjoy the comforts of everyday life. During this time, I took a moment to reflect on what had driven me to work so diligently. I realized that the thing that truly motivated me was the ability to help others and bring a smile to their faces.
I realized that at the core of who I am is the desire to bring people together, foster community, and build lasting friendships. I was more focused on what made others smile than on what brought me joy. This insight led me to reflect on the process of buying and selling a home, recognizing that these transactions are often complicated and stressful. However, I believed that if I could change people's perceptions of this process, I could not only be a trusted advisor but also become a friend and a part of their extended family.
This realization inspired me to pursue further education at Humber College, and it is with that foundation that I am now a Realtor—dedicated to working for you.
